Confidentiality and Privacy
The privacy of your account and the confidentiality of your personal information is taken
seriously by ARCHER FUND. While we have a legal obligation that states taht we must process
transactions securely and accurately, our commitment to you goes far beyond that. Our
principles guide our actions toward you are based on the core values of integrity and trust
that we've always maintained. This philosophy holds true whether you serve you by mail, in
person, on the telephone or online.
The security measures we use to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized use and
access comply with all applicable federal laws. These include procedural, physical and
electronic measures that focus on safeguarding your personal information. Such information
is also protected by various measures when it's stored electronically.
All employees are consistently trained and reminded about respecting the privacy of our
clients -- including their identity -- and recognizing how important it is to keep such
information confidential. Employees who violate our policy of privacy and confidentiality
are subject to disciplinary action.
Identity theft continues to be a challenge, and ARCHER FUND has implemented measures to
protect both you and your accounts. Our identity theft program identifies those red flags
that are indicative of identity theft, detect red flags, respond in an appropriate manner if
any are detected as a means of mitigating and preventing identity theft. In order to stay
updated on changes in our business and/or the regulations, we review our procedures,
internal controls and policies and update them as necessary.
The process that ARCHER FUND uses to identify those red flags relies on general factors such
as the methods that client accounts can be accessed, types of client accounts and processes
that could be used to open client accounts. We obtain information regarding clients, their
transactions or both, and verify that information as a method of detecting red flags.
The practices, policies and procedures that ARCHER FUND has implemented with respect to
safeguarding client information, confidentiality and system controls are designed to both
mitigate and prevent identity theft as well as other additional purposes. In spite of our
dedication, however, even our most well-designed identity theft program is not able to
guarantee complete protection. Care and vigilance on the part of both ARCHER FUND and our
clients is truly the best protection.
ARCHER FUND will notice you if we detect any incidences of attempted or actual identity
theft. Depending on the circumstances, we may also report the incident to law enforcement,
regulatory and/or other relevant agencies. Senior management, as well as its board of
directors, receive periodic reports regarding issues about or with the ARCHER FUND identity
theft program.
